We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return, refund, or exchange under the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.

- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
3. Return Process
- Email returns@twixta.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will provide a return shipping label or instructions.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving approval.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, please specify when requesting a return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
